What is GAPP

The Global Agreement on Participation and Peace (GAPP) is an International organization established by the Mission for Global Change (MGC). The main purpose of the GAPP is to build a global consensus to ratify an international treaty known as Global Agreement on Participation and Peace. This treaty is required to evolve a global governance system to ensure legal restrictions on wars, grant and protection of Global Rights, peaceful management of conflicts and for ensuring environmental protection and ecological balance.

What are International and Global Rights

The International and Global Rights are those rights of the people which can be granted and protected by common agencies of a minimum of two and maximum of all countries of the world respectively. The list of the Global Rights has been presented through a representation by Mission for Global Change (MGC) before Heads of 192 countries and before United Nations Authorities for ratification.

Our Vision

. The Global action plan of GAPP is :

  • To support a worldwide movement to establish legal restrictions on war anywhere and everywhere;
  • To prevent environmental hazards, and secure fundamental global rights for all anywhere and everywhere;
  • To push All governments to sign and ratify the GAPP Treaty;
  • To form regional unions including Union of South Asian Countries ;
  • To create binding commitments for global peace and participation;
  • To protect cultural and bio-diversities;
  • To enhance local autonomy;
  • To minimise economic inequalities amongst all individuals and all countries;
  • To provide global justice to all inhabitants of earth to ensure a safe and peaceful planet earth.

Our Journey

Shri Vishwatma has been dedicated to world peace and Global justice since 1994, when treaty of GATT was signed.. His efforts gained public recognition in 2006 with a conference advocating for a Union of South Asian Countries . In 2015, a memorandum was sent to world leaders, calling for United Nations reforms.

In 2024, an international conference in Kathmandu addressed global rights and war prevention, leading to a resolution sent to heads of states worldwide.

Since then, the mission to build a peaceful and just world has been ongoing.
